Connect your Meta Quest headset to Wi-Fi

All current Meta Quest headsets require a Wi-Fi connection to use and access most features and content.

To connect to Wi-Fi using your headset:

  1. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right controller to open the Navigator.
  2. Select Quick controls.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Wi-Fi.
  5. Make sure the toggle for Wi-Fi is turned on.
  6. Find the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and select Connect.
  7. Enter the Wi-Fi password if one is required to finish connecting to Wi-Fi.
