Change plans on an active app or game subscription by logging into your Meta account.
Log in to change app or game subscription
Change plans on an active app or game subscription by logging into your Meta account.
You can change your subscription on this page or by using the Meta Horizon app, Meta.com or your headset.
Certain app and game subscriptions offer different plans that you can choose between.
To change your app or game subscription:
Meta Horizon app
- On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
- Tap
Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
- Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to change, then tap Confirm.
- Tap the new plan you want, then tap Continue.
- Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
- Tap Purchase.
Meta.com
- Go to your subscriptions.
- Click the Active tab, then click See all plans below the subscription you want to change.
- Select the new plan you want, then click Continue.
- Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
- Click Purchase.
Meta Quest
- Press
Meta button /
Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select
Meta Horizon Store.
- Select your profile image in the top right of the Store.
- Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
- Select the subscription you want to change, then select See all plans.
- Select the new plan you want, then select Continue.
- Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
- Select Purchase.
