Renew your app or game subscription

If your app or game subscription is canceled or expired, you can renew the subscription by purchasing it again.

You can renew a canceled subscription on this page or on the Meta Horizon app, Meta.com or your headset.

Renew on the Meta Horizon app

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription you want to renew, then tap Confirm.
  5. Tap Confirm and renew subscription.

Renew on Meta.com

  1. Go to your subscriptions.
  2. Click the Active tab.
  3. Click Reactivate subscription next to the subscription you want to renew.
  4. Click Confirm and renew subscription.

Renew on Meta Quest

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select Meta Horizon Store.
  2. Select your profile image icon in the top right of the Store.
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
  4. Select the subscription you want to renew, then select Reactivate subscription.
  5. Select Confirm and renew subscription.

You can renew an expired subscription on the Meta Horizon app, Meta.com or your headset.

Renew on the Meta Horizon app

  1. Open the Meta Horizon app on your phone.
  2. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  3. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  4. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription you want to renew, then tap See all plans.
  6. Tap the plan you want, then tap Continue.
  7. Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
  8. Tap Purchase.

Renew on Meta.com

  1. Go to your subscriptions.
  2. Click the Expired tab.
  3. Click the subscription you want to renew, then click See all plans.
  4. Click the plan you want, then click Continue.
  5. Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
  6. Click Purchase.

Renew on Meta Quest

  1. Press Menu button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select Meta Horizon Store.
  2. Select your profile image icon in the top right of the Store.
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
  4. Select the subscription you want to renew, then select See all plans.
  5. Select the plan you want, then select Continue.
  6. Confirm your payment information and enter your Store PIN.
  7. Select Purchase.
