Logging in to Meta Quest

You can log into your headset with your Meta Account credentials. When you first use or create an account to access your headset, you’ll also create a Meta Horizon profile to customize how you appear in Meta Horizon. You do not need to have a Facebook or Instagram profile to log into your headset.

You can add up to three additional profiles to your Meta Quest headset.

Manage your settings

We’re gradually updating Accounts Center, which will enable your Meta Account to work across more products, if you choose. You may see either Accounts Center or Meta Account settings as the place to manage your settings. Learn more about updated Meta Accounts.

You can log into your Accounts Center to manage your settings.

You can also manage your settings from your Meta Quest headset and the Meta Horizon mobile app.

To manage account settings from your Meta Quest headset:

  1. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right controller to open the Navigator.
  2. Select Quick controls.
  3. Select Settings, then select your profile icon.
  4. Select Accounts center or Meta Account.

To manage settings from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Tap Account Center or Meta Account.
