Updated: Multiple screens in your Personal Office
When you use your computer in VR with Remote Desktop in your personal office, you can have up to 3 VR computer screens streaming from your physical computer and physical monitors.
If you do not have multiple physical monitors, you can create 2 additional virtual screens to use in your Personal Office.
To add virtual screens to your personal office:
- From the desk menu, select
Computer.
- Select
Add to add a virtual screen.
To rearrange from the screens in your personal office:
- Look for a control bar under the virtual screens.
- Grab the control bar by pinching with your hands, or pressing the trigger button on the controller and move the screens to the desired position. You can use the bar to drag the screens closer or farther away from you, as well as to move them from side to side.
To rearrange from the menu in your personal office:
- Open the desk menu and select
- Select the screen you want to move by holding down the trigger button.
- Move the screen to the desired location.
Multiple screens in a workroom meeting
In a Workrooms meeting, you can only have one VR computer screen, but you can toggle between up to 3 screens if your computer is connected to additional physical monitors.
To switch monitors when using your computer in a workroom meeting:
- From the desk menu, select Computer.
- Select
Back or
Next to switch to another monitor.
