To use Meta Quest Pro, you’ll need:

A Meta account

Meta accounts let you separate your Meta Horizon profile from other social profiles, allowing you to maintain any gamertag and persona you’d like to bring with you to Meta Quest. Learn more about Meta accounts.

The Meta Horizon mobile app

You can use the Meta Horizon app to set up your new headset, download content, update account info, use built-in social features, cast what you see in your headset to another device, and more.

The minimum OS requirements for phones to run the Meta Horizon mobile app are:

  • Apple iOS 13.4 or later
  • Android 5.0 or later

Note: If you would like to use Link with your Meta Quest Pro headset, please review the technical requirements to confirm your equipment is compatible.
