Need help redeeming a Meta Quest+ subscription (or any other bundle) included with your headset purchase? Find out more about redeeming app, game and subscription promotions.

With a monthly or annual subscription to Meta Quest+, you will receive access to two apps selected by Meta each month. You can redeem these apps during the month in which they are offered. Once claimed, they will be available in your Library as long as you are subscribed to Meta Quest+.

You will also receive access to a catalog of 20+ apps curated by Meta. These apps will change over time as new apps are added and other apps leave the catalog. You don’t need to claim these apps and they’re available to play as long as they’re in the catalog and you are subscribed.

How to subscribe to Meta Quest+

In order to subscribe to Meta Quest+, your Meta account must have a listed age of 17+ in the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and 18+ in the rest of the world (eligibility restrictions apply, see terms).

To subscribe to Meta Quest+ from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Settings in the top right corner.
  4. Select Quest+ from the top menu.
  5. Select Start trial.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Quest+.

To subscribe to Meta Quest+ from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Meta Quest+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Start 1-month trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Quest+.

To subscribe to Meta Quest+ from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Quest+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Start trial.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Quest+.

How to redeem Meta Quest+ apps

Once you redeem a Meta Quest+ app, it will be available to download and install in your Library for the duration of your subscription.

To redeem Meta Quest+ apps from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Meta Quest + from the top menu.
  4. Select Redeem next to the Meta Quest+ app you want to redeem.

To redeem Meta Quest+ apps from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Meta Quest+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Browse content.
  5. Tap Redeem below the Meta Quest+ app you want to redeem, then tap Redeem again to add it to your Library.

To redeem Meta Quest+ apps from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Quest+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Redeem next to the Meta Quest+ app you want to redeem.

How to cancel Meta Quest+

When you unsubscribe from Meta Quest+ you will lose access to all previously redeemed titles and will not be able to redeem additional titles. If you resubscribe, you will regain access to all previously redeemed titles as well as the titles that are currently available.

To unsubscribe from Meta Quest+ from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Settings in the top right corner.
  4. Select Meta Quest + from the left menu.
  5. Select Manage Subscription.
  6. Select Cancel Subscription.
  7. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then select Confirm.

To unsubscribe from Meta Quest+ from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Meta Quest+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Manage subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then tap Confirm.

To unsubscribe from Meta Quest+ from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Quest+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then click CONFIRM.

Redeem a promotional Meta Quest+ subscription

Some Meta Quest headsets, including the Meta Quest 3S, includes a promotional subscription to Meta Quest+. You need to activate your headset to redeem your promotion. Find out more.

Meta Quest
  1. Download and open the Meta Horizon app on your phone, then follow the activation instructions.
  2. When you get to Payments and extras, find the content included with your purchase.
  3. Tap Redeem or Options next to the content.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions, then tap Continue.

Note: You need to activate your headset to redeem your promotion.

Note: Meta Quest+ is intended for Meta Quest devices only and is not supported on Rift devices.
