Learn about the Meta Horizon+ subscription service

With a monthly or annual subscription to Meta Horizon+, you will receive access to two apps selected by Meta each month. You can redeem these apps during the month in which they are offered. Once claimed, they will be available in your Library as long as you are subscribed to Meta Horizon+.

You will also receive access to a catalog of apps curated by Meta. These apps will change over time as new apps are added and other apps leave the catalog. You don’t need to claim these apps and they’re available to play as long as they’re in the catalog and you are subscribed.

You can view the current Meta Horizon+ catalog and subscribe at https://www.meta.com/experiences/meta-horizon-plus/.

In order to subscribe to Meta Horizon+, your Meta account must have a listed age of 13+. Accounts must have a listed age of 14+ if you reside in Canada, South Korea, Spain, or Quebec (eligibility restrictions apply, see terms).

To subscribe to Meta Horizon+ from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Meta Horizon+ from the top menu.
  4. Select Start 1-month trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Horizon+.

To subscribe to Meta Horizon+ from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Horizon+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Start 1-month trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Horizon+.

To subscribe to Meta Horizon+ from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Horizon+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Start 1-month trial.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to Meta Horizon+.

Once you redeem a Meta Horizon+ app, it will be available to download and install in your Library for the duration of your subscription.

To redeem Meta Horizon+ apps from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Meta Horizon+ from the top menu.
  4. Select Redeem next to the Meta Horizon+ app you want to redeem.

To redeem Meta Horizon+ apps from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Horizon+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Browse content.
  5. Tap Redeem below the Meta Horizon+ app you want to redeem, then tap Redeem again to add it to your Library.

To redeem Meta Horizon+ apps from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Horizon+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Redeem next to the Meta Horizon+ app you want to redeem.

When you unsubscribe from Meta Horizon+ you will lose access to all previously redeemed titles and will not be able to redeem additional titles. If you resubscribe, you will regain access to all previously redeemed titles as well as the titles that are currently available.

To unsubscribe from Meta Horizon+ from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select Meta Horizon Store.
  3. Select Settings in the top right corner.
  4. Select Meta Horizon + from the left menu.
  5. Select Manage Subscription.
  6. Select Cancel Subscription.
  7. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then select Confirm.

To unsubscribe from Meta Horizon+ from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down and tap Horizon+ below Payment and subscriptions.
  4. Tap Manage subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then tap Confirm.

To unsubscribe from Meta Horizon+ from the web:

  1. Log in to the Meta Horizon+ page with your Meta account.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Select a reason for canceling your subscription, then click CONFIRM.

Note: Meta Horizon+ is intended for Meta Quest devices only and is not supported on Rift devices.
