If you notice someone isn’t following the Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences (CCVE) you can report them directly from your device. Starting May 31, 2023, you must be on Meta Quest build 50.0 or later to submit in-app reports.
App developers are required to make in-app reporting accessible to you when you press and select
Report Abuse from the universal menu. Your report will go to the app developer to review and take action. App developers are responsible for governing their community, and therefore reporting your experience may vary by app. If an app doesn’t have in-app reporting or isn’t following the CCVE, you can flag apps to Meta for review.

You can also report profiles that violate the CCVE, such as inappropriate profile names or profile pictures, or someone pretending to be someone else, from the People tab or from a person's profile. These reports are sent to Meta to review and take action.
