Flag an app on the Meta Horizon Store

If you notice that an app isn’t following Meta’s Content Guidelines or not governing their community according to the Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences (CCVE), you can flag the app to Meta from the Meta Horizon Store in your headset, the Meta Horizon mobile app or on the web.

To flag an app:

  1. Go to the app’s page in the Meta Horizon Store.
  2. Select the three dot menu on the bottom right.
  3. Select Flag. Flag this app.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to flag the app.

Reporting someone on Meta Horizon

If you notice that someone isn't following the CCVE, you can report them. Your report will go to the app developer to review. App developers are responsible for governing their community and reporting your experience may vary by app.
