Please make sure that the controllers are fully charged, or that the batteries are new. If the Touch controller's LED does not light up, you may need to charge the controller.
If you’re having trouble with your Meta Quest Touch Pro controllers, please try the following steps below.
Check the controller Bluetooth connection
With your headset on, hold down / on your left Touch controller.
If the view in your headset re-centers based on where your gaze is, then you know that your controller’s Bluetooth is working.
Check your controller tracking
Put on your headset and pick up the controllers.
Hold the controllers at eye level, then point out in front of you.
Move the controllers around slowly and see if they begin mirroring your movements in VR.
If the controllers aren't tracking properly, you may need to restart the controllers.
Restart the controllers
Hold down / on the right controller, or on the left controller
Once you see the LED change or feel haptic feedback, it means the controller has restarted. You can now let go of the button and try pairing again.
Unpair and re-pair your controllers
Unpair the controllers from the Meta Horizon mobile app.
Go through the pairing process again to attempt to pair the controllers to your headset.
Note: If you're using unsupported third party controller accessories, such as sleeves, covers, or stickers, you may experience issues with controller pairing or tracking. If this happens, we recommend removing the unsupported accessory to see if that resolves the issue.
If you continue experiencing issues with the Meta Quest Touch Pro controllers, please contact Meta Store Support.
