Chat on Meta Quest
You can chat with another person or a group on Meta Quest.
If someone sends you a message, you'll see their message on Meta Quest and in the Meta Horizon mobile app.
You can receive messages from someone who you’re not following, however, their message will appear as a message request. You can choose to approve or block the request.
Note: If you’re 10-12 years old (age may vary by region) with a Meta account that's managed by your parent or guardian, your parent must add someone as an approved contact before you can chat with them. You can only participate in one-on-one chats, and you can’t send images or videos.
