View account and content insights on Instagram with Meta One
Looking back beyond 90 days and exporting your insights are only available to eligible public Instagram accounts with a Meta One subscription. This feature is not available to teens.
You can use insights to learn more about how your Instagram account and content are performing. You can view insights on an aggregate or individual-post basis for a time period, and choose from preset timeframes or set a custom one.
If you subscribe to a Meta One plan, you can look back beyond 90 days and export your insights to a spreadsheet. The Meta One Advanced, Meta One Expert, and Meta One Max plans include this capability. Learn how to subscribe to Meta One.
