About Meta One plans
Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn’t available everywhere yet. The options you see may vary based on your location, account type, and what’s currently available in testing.
Meta One is a paid subscription that adds extra features across different eligible Meta technologies, including Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Meta AI, and WhatsApp, depending on what’s available to your account. Meta One offers multiple plan options with different pricing and benefits. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Note: Included subscriptions and benefits may vary based on your location and the Meta apps you use.
Personal plans
Meta One Plus plan
- Access to Facebook Plus, Instagram Plus, and WhatsApp Plus benefits, such as custom app icons, story previews and exclusive messaging enhancements, at a discounted price compared to subscribing separately.
- More AI usage across eligible Meta technologies: Get more monthly AI usage allowance for eligible AI features in order to think deeper and create more:
- Generate more images and videos: Get more access to advanced image and video models for image and video generation and editing.
- More advanced reasoning: Get more detailed answers to your questions and complex tasks with Thinking mode (only available on the Meta AI app and meta.ai).

- Expanded AI usage across eligible Meta technologies: Get expanded monthly AI usage allowance for eligible AI features in order to think deeper and create more.

- More advanced reasoning: Get more detailed answers to your questions and complex tasks with Thinking mode (only available on the Meta AI app and meta.ai).

- Impersonation protection: Help protect your subscribed and verified profile from impersonation with proactive impersonation monitoring on Instagram and Facebook. Subscribers must be verified to get this benefit.
- Enhanced linksheet: Add images next to your links in your profile linksheet.
Meta One Advanced plan
Meta One Advanced includes all benefits from Meta One Essential, and more:

- Featured in feed: Have the opportunity to be featured in Feed on Facebook.
- Optimized search: Make it easier for people to find your profile.
- Bold follow button: Get a bold follow button on your reels on Facebook, making it easier for people to follow you directly from your content.
- Follow invites: Automatically send follow invitations to people who engage with your content on Facebook.
Drive real outcomes
- Links in posts: Drive people directly to your website, shop or latest offer by adding clickable links to up to 4 Instagram posts per month.
- Links in reels: Drive people directly to your website, shop or latest offer by adding clickable links right in up to 4 Instagram reels and 8 Facebook reels per month.
- Enhanced profile: Showcase up to 3 addresses and highlight up to 3 of your other profiles, so people can follow you everywhere.
Advanced insights
- Competitive insights: Learn from profiles similar to yours by comparing your profile’s performance to theirs on Instagram, so you can tailor your content strategy.
- Custom audience insights: View insights about people who see and interact with your content but aren't following you yet on Facebook.
Elevate your content
- Optimized schedule: Schedule reels and posts to be published up to a year in advance and publish when they’re most active on Facebook.
Scale your operations
- Shared access: Give up to 4 other people access to your Instagram account so they can post content, reply to comments and more, without sharing your password.
Protect your brand
- Premium support: Chat with a human agent once per month to assist with handling issues.
- Original content credit: Get notified when others use your Facebook content and take action up to 2 times per month. On Instagram, request a label that credits your original reel up to 2 times per month.
Meta One availability
Meta One is available through supported Meta apps on mobile devices (iPhone or Android). Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn’t available in all locations. If you don’t see Meta One as an option, it may not be available to you yet.
Meta One eligibility
Eligibility requirements may vary depending on what plan you subscribe to, and include but are not limited to:
- You must be located in a country where Meta One plans are available.
- Your account must be active and in good standing.
- You must agree to the Terms of Service and follow applicable product terms and policies.
