Standard returns
Our standard returns policy is 30 days from when you receive your order. Once your Oakley Meta glasses have been returned, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Warranty returns
If you think that your AI glasses are defective and the return timeframe has expired, you can open a warranty claim with Oakley for a repair or replacement. How long can Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses record a video?
The default video length is 5 minutes in full HD at 30fps. Ultra HD (3K) video recording is supported up to 3 minutes. Hyperlapse video recording is supported up to 30 minutes and slow motion video up to 1 minute.
