Battery life varies by use, configuration, settings and many other factors. All battery life claims are approximate and were measured using pre-production hardware based on a mixed-use scenario, which included 30 Meta AI interactions, 13 photo captures and transfers, 5 video captures (90 seconds each) and transfers, 10-minute hyperlapse, 30-minute auto-capture session, 17 messages, 30 notifications, 120 minutes of audio playback and 5 minutes of voice calling.
Do Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses stay in place during intense activity?
Yes. Oakley Meta Vanguard nose pads are made of Unobtanium, an Oakley material that increases grip with perspiration to ensure that your glasses stay in place.
Are Oakley Meta Vanguard lenses polarised or photochromic?
Oakley Meta Vanguard sunglasses lenses are not polarised. They use Oakley's contrast-enhancing Prizm™ lenses which improve colour and detail on the road, trail or water.

Standard returns
Our standard returns policy is 30 days from when you receive your order. Once your Oakley Meta glasses have been returned, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you purchased your Oakley Meta glasses from Meta.com, you can use our Find order page to start a return.
If you purchased your AI glasses directly from Oakley.com, you can contact them to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store's returns policies.
Warranty returns
If you think that your AI glasses are defective and the return timeframe has expired, you can open a warranty claim with Oakley for a repair or replacement. To open a claim, you'll need your product serial number and proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for 1 or 2 years from purchase, based on the country of purchase.

The camera has a 122° ultra-wide field of view and a 12 MP sensor. It can record Ultra HD (3K) video at 30 fps and full HD video at up to 60 fps.
How long can Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses record a video?
The default video length is 5 minutes in full HD at 30fps. Ultra HD (3K) video recording is supported up to 3 minutes. Hyperlapse video recording is supported up to 30 minutes and slow motion video up to 1 minute.
