Meta Quest 3では、3.5mmヘッドホンとUSB-Cヘッドホンを使用できます。3.5mmジャックがある一般的なヘッドホンを使用するには、(ヘッドセットを装着したときに)ヘッドセットの左側にあるオーディオポートにヘッドホンを接続します。Meta Quest 3でUSB-Cヘッドホンを使用するには、ヘッドセットの左側で、標準オーディオポートのすぐ後ろにある充電ポートにUSBケーブルを接続します。
2つのヘッドホンを接続した場合は、3.5mmオーディオポートに接続したヘッドホンだけが動作します。また、Eliteストラップ バッテリー付きが接続されている場合にも、USB-Cヘッドホンは動作しません。
Meta Quest 3では、 Bluetoothヘッドホンを使用 することもできます。

以下のUSB-Cヘッドホンおよびアダプターは、Meta Quest 3で動作することがテストにより確認されています

USB-Cから3.5mmへの変換アダプター

- Apple USB-C - 3.5mmヘッドホンジャックアダプター
ほかのUSB-CヘッドホンおよびアダプターをMeta Quest 3で使用できる場合もありますが、当社では上記以外のヘッドホンおよびアダプターの動作を保証できません。また、Eliteストラップ バッテリー付きが接続されている場合にも、USB-Cヘッドホンは動作しません。
3.5mmジャックを使用する場合、ヘッドセットマイクは現在のところMeta Quest 3と互換性がありません。
