You must be an existing Ray-Ban Meta owner who purchased your Ray-Ban Meta glasses from the Meta Store.
You and your friend must be located in the United States and at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in the state in which you reside.
A Referral Discount can only be redeemed and utilized on Ray-Ban Meta glasses (new or refurbished) purchased on the Meta Store.
Referral Discounts and Meta Store Referral Credit cannot be applied towards taxes or any shipping and handling fees.
Only one Referral Discount can be used per customer and only by the intended recipient (even if the recipient receives multiple links from one or more friends). Self-referrals are not permitted.
Items on the Meta Store are subject to availability and stock may be limited.
Your $30 Meta Store Referral Credit per successful referral will be added to your Meta Store account (see Accounts > Redeem codes) after your friend has purchased their Ray-Ban Meta glasses from the Meta Store. This will generally be added within 72 hours of purchase. If you have not received it, please contact Customer Service.
You can receive up to five (5) $30 Meta Store Referral Credits under this Referral Program, up to a maximum limit of $150. To use a $30 Meta Store Referral Credit, the total value of items in our bag must be greater than $30. No partial redemptions.
Referral Discounts and Meta Store Referral Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. They can only be applied towards the purchase of qualifying items in the Meta Store. Each will be applied equally across all items in your bag.
This offer is not valid for cash or cash equivalent and is not valid on prior purchases.
Meta Store Referral Credits are non stackable - only one $30 Meta Store Referral Credit can be used per purchase. Meta Store Referral Credits automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
This Referral Program may be modified, suspended and/or discontinued by Meta at any time, with or without notice. In such event, any existing Referral Discount links shall remain active until the applicable expiration date of the link and Meta Store Referral Credits issued will expire on their designated expiration date.
You are responsible for reporting and must pay any and all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, applicable foreign, federal, state, territorial and/or local taxes) with respect to any consideration, revenue, benefit and/or value paid to (or received by) you as a result of your participation in this Referral Program.
By participating in this Referral Program, you hereby release and indemnify us from any liability for any such taxes and you authorize us to deduct an amount from any such consideration payable as required by the federal, state, local and/or foreign tax law, or under other applicable law to ensure proper collection of all applicable taxes before delivery of any consideration, if any.
If payment is required, and you do not pay such taxes prior to receiving the consideration, your consideration will be deemed forfeited.
You further understand that you will provide us or our authorized representative with applicable tax ID, tax forms, documents or certifications as may be required by applicable law for us to satisfy any tax information reporting and/or withholding tax obligations with respect to any payments under this Referral Program.
This Referral Program is void where restricted and/or prohibited and may not be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms of that offer, discount or promotion.
Where you are eligible for a deeper discount on qualifying items, the deeper discount will be automatically applied to your bag at checkout instead of the Referral Discount or Meta Store Referral Credit (as applicable), which will remain available for future qualifying purchase(s).
Improper usage and redemption attempts may constitute fraud and invalidate eligibility. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict your participation in any program(s), offer(s) and/or transaction(s) should we determine that any actions by you are fraudulent, suspicious or are in violation of these or our other terms.
