Burlingame Meta Store Return Policy

Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Once a product is returned, a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Note that products which are stated to be non-returnable at the time of your purchase may not be returned.
All returns require a proof of purchase, either in the form of a receipt or a valid order number.
Please ensure that all products being returned are repackaged with all parts and materials included in the original packaging when you purchased it. This includes all cords, adapters and manuals.
If you are returning a product with a gift receipt at our Burlingame store, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the product.
Only products which have been purchased directly from Meta, either at https://store.meta.com/ or in the Burlingame store, can be returned to us. Meta products purchased through other retailers should be returned in accordance with such retailers return policy.
Note: Products purchased online from https://store.meta.com/ may not be returned in person at our Burlingame store. Learn more about online purchases and returns.
We stand behind all of our products. If it’s been less than 30 days from your date of purchase, use the process above to return your defective or flawed product. If it’s been more than 30 days since your date of purchase, please contact support to return the product. View our Limited Warranty for additional details.
For third-party products which are defective or flawed, please contact the manufacturer of the product in accordance with the warranty provided with your purchase (if any) if it has been more than 30 days since your date of purchase.
