Meta Partner Perks Program Terms and Conditions

The employee discount being offered by Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC (“Meta”) is available to current employees of companies participating in the Meta Partner Perks Program (the “Program”). Your use of any employee discount and participation in the Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Products must be purchased through meta.com and will be shipped via standard shipping.

• All purchases will be taxed based on local laws.

• The discount cannot be applied at third-party retail stores or combined with any other promotions.

• Products are subject to availability and quantities may be limited. The Program may not be available for all products offered on meta.com. Additionally, certain products offered on meta.com may not be available for purchase in your country of residence.

• Prices shown on meta.com or any meta.com Program page are subject to change.

• You may gift products purchased using the Program discount to family and friends. However, reselling is strictly prohibited. Meta reserves the right to reject or cancel your order if we suspect that you are purchasing for resale.

• Quantity limit for Meta Quest devices and accessories: Maximum of 3 Meta Quest devices per quarter, per employee.

• Quantity limit for Ray-ban Meta smart glasses (where available): Maximum of 1 pair of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses per quarter, per employee.

• You must be a current employee at a participating company at the time of purchase to be eligible to use the employee discount. In the event you have been issued an employee discount code or link as part of the Program but are no longer employed by a participating company, your discount will be void and any orders placed following your last date of eligibility will be subject to cancellation.

• Program discount not valid on any orders or purchases which were made prior to the start of the Program or which were made on meta.com without using the Program code or link provided to you. Discounts provided under the Program are non-transferrable and not valid for cash or cash equivalent.

• Meta Quest devices and accessories are available for purchase in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

• Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses are available for purchase in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, and Canada
