From time to time, Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC, Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited, and Meta Platforms Technologies UK LTD ("Meta," "we," "our") may offer customers discount or coupon codes for promotional or other purposes (each, an "Offer"). The terms and conditions for each Offer can vary by country or by Offer, so carefully check the terms that accompany each Offer. If there are no specific terms or conditions accompanying the Offer, or if the Offer directs you to this page, the following terms and conditions apply. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms described in the Offer and the terms on this page, the terms in the Offer will govern.
Offer Validity and Expiration
- The Offer is available for a limited time only and will expire on the date specified in connection with the Offer or at the point of issuance. If no expiration date is provided, the Offer will expire twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to you.
Redemption and Usage
- We reserve the right to exclude certain products, items, digital content or applications from Offer redemption at our sole discretion.
- The Offer may not be purchased, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash.
- The Offer is not valid on prior orders, prior purchases, or pre-order items.
- The Offer is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, auctioned, or traded.
- Unless stated otherwise, the Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

- Meta reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Offer at any time without prior notice.

- Meta reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time and at our discretion. If Meta makes changes to these terms, we will provide notice as appropriate, sometimes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
- Items on the Meta Store are subject to availability and stock may be limited.
By using the Offer, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well as any additional terms specified in the Offer.
Offer valid in the U.S. only through meta.com ("Meta Store"). You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in the State in which you reside. To be eligible for this offer, you need to have added to your cart on the Meta Store a pair of AI glasses ("Qualifying Product") and have not completed any AI Glasses purchase on the Meta Store during the past 180 days. Limited edition products are excluded and are not considered Qualifying Products. To successfully redeem, you need to click on the advertising you have received on your Facebook/Instagram, while the Offer is live and supplies last. You will be redirected to the Shop All page on the Meta Store where you need to check out the Qualifying Product in your cart. The US$30 discount ("Cart Abandonment Discount") will be automatically applied at the cart level. The Cart Abandonment Discount is limited to one (1) per user every 180 days. The Offer can be combined with temporary price reductions, but it cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, bundles, or coupons. The Offer is not valid on prior orders or purchases. Here's how it works:
Referrers must invite a friend by sending a unique referral link for them to use at Meta.com (“Meta Store”). Referral links can be found on the Meta AI app or on the Meta Store.
Referees must use the referral link to get a US$30 store credit which can be applied automatically at the Meta Store checkout on a cart value of at least US$150 ("Referral Discount").
After referees have made their purchase, and the purchased items have been shipped or otherwise made available to them, referrers will receive a US$30 credit added to their Meta Store account ("Meta Store Referral Credit") per referral, up to a maximum of US$150 in Meta Store Referral Credit (i.e. 5 x US$30 successful referrals).
Wearables Referrals Program Terms
This offer is valid in the United States only. Both referrers and referees must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in the State in which they reside. Referrers must be existing AI Glasses owners to be eligible for this offer. To successfully redeem, referees must not be an existing AI Glasses owner. Self-referrals are not permitted. The Referral Discount is valid for one-time use only and will not maintain a balance. Each US$30 credit can be used when checking out items totalling more than US$150 and is eligible on any products, digital downloads or games sold on the Meta Store, except refurbished products and limited edition products. Items on the Meta Store are subject to availability and stock may be limited. Meta Store Referral Credits will be applied equally across all items in your bag. Partial redemptions are not permitted. Credits are non stackable and expire ninety (90) days after receipt. Referrers can receive up to five (5) Referral Discounts, up to a maximum limit of US$150. Where you are eligible for a deeper discount on qualifying items, the deeper discount will be automatically applied to your bag at checkout instead of the Referral Discount or Meta Store Referral Credit (as applicable), which will remain available for future qualifying purchase(s). Credits cannot be applied towards taxes or any shipping and handling fees. You are responsible for reporting and must pay any and all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, applicable foreign, federal, state, territorial and/or local taxes) with respect to any consideration, revenue, benefit and/or value paid to (or received by) you as a result of your participation in this Referral Program.
