Super Rumble Leaderboard Challenge; Giveaway Rules (“Rules”)

This is a closed giveaway open only to individuals that receive or are displayed a giveaway communication or advertisement (“Giveaway Communication”) from Meta (defined below) and otherwise meet the eligibility criteria below.

30 Meta Quest+ Subscriptions, 3 Ray Ban Meta’s and 1 Meta Quest 3 available while supplies last on a first come, first served basis.

Sponsor Info: If you participate as a resident of or from within the United States or Canada, the sponsoring entity of the Promotion is Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025. For all other participants, the sponsoring entity is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Either or both Meta entities will be referred to as “Meta.”

Giveaway Period: Giveaway period begins at 01:00 pm PST on 4th July and ends at 01:00 pm PST on 11th July; offer good only while supplies last (“Giveaway Period”).

Eligibility: Open only to individuals who: (1) receive or are displayed a Giveaway Communication to claim the gift (defined below) from or on behalf of Meta during the Giveaway Period; (2) are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence; (3) are not the target of any trade sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S., EU, United Nations, or UK and are not acting on behalf of anyone who is the target of such trade sanctions; and (4) meet any other eligibility criteria set forth in the Giveaway Communication. Eligibility & those who receive or are displayed a Giveaway Communication will be determined in Meta’s sole discretion. Even if you receive (or are displayed) an Offer Communication, you must confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements; receipt (or display) of an Offer Communication does not guarantee that you are eligible to redeem the gift (as defined below). If you participate while working or within the scope of your employment or a contractor or similar agreement, you: (1) understand and agree that these terms are binding on you individually; (2) warrant that you have authority to participate in the Giveaway and that your organizationemployerprincipal (“employer”) has full knowledge of your actions and has consented thereto and that your actions do not violate your employer’s policies and procedures; and (3) understand that if you cannot receive the gift because of your employer’s policies, you agree to forfeit the gift and agree that Meta will have no obligation to you in connection with your participation in the Giveaway.

You are not eligible to participate if you reside in (1) a jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits receiving a gift in this Giveaway; or (2) a country or jurisdiction that is the target of U.S., EU, United Nations, or UK comprehensive trade sanctions (e.g., Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, and Syria, as such list may be amended).

Gift: The gift consists of 30 Meta Quest+ Subscriptions, valued at 3 Ray Ban Meta’s and 1 Meta Quest 3. Limit one (1) gift per person/email address.

How to Claim the Gift: To receive the gift described above, during the Giveaway Period, eligible participants must complete the form that will be sent to your Meta Account contact details with appropriate details for your gift. Meta must receive or be able to identify that you have completed all of the required steps or provided the required information during the Giveaway Period as set forth in the Giveaway Communication for you to be eligible to receive a gift. Any abandoned, incomplete, or garbled participation will not be eligible for a gift.

Gifts fulfilled via email will be sent to the email address provided when the gift is claimed. Gifts fulfilled via mail will be shipped to the address provided by participants at the time of participation or during the subsequent gift fulfillment process. Mailing address must be in an eligible jurisdiction and PO Boxes may not be accepted. Gifts will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks following verification of gift claims. If gifts will be fulfilled through a different process than set forth in these Rules, such process will be communicated to participants by Meta. If gifts will be fulfilled via email, please check your junk folder if you do not see the email containing your gift details.

If the gift is a gift card: Gift card will be issued in USD, Euro, or local currency equivalent, at Meta's sole discretion.Please check your junk or filtered mail folders if you do not see the e-gift card email. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer.

If the gift is Ad Credits from Meta: Ad Credit redemption is subject to review and verification. For participants to redeem Ad Credits, their Ad Accounts must be up to date, meaning there are no pending charges. Ad Credits are subject to the expiration date set forth at the time of issuance. Your use of the Ad Credit must comply with all applicable Meta terms and policies, including, without limitation, Ads Credit Coupon Terms & Conditions available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/couponterms, Advertising Policies available at https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/ and Terms of Service available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms. To receive Ad Credits, you must have an Ad Account. To create an Ad Account, a payment method (credit card on file) is required, but will not be charged unless funds are depleted.

If gift is a Quest headset or other Meta hardware: Use of the device may require account creation, Internet access, and possibly other hardware, none of which are provided as part of the gift. Meta hardware is only for ages 13+. Meta hardware is provided “as-is” and is not supported in all jurisdictions. Meta hardware may not be sold, auctioned or transferred. Meta reserves the right to substitute the gift for another gift of equal or greater value for any reason.

Gifts may not be transferred (1) to any individual, entity, or country prohibited by any applicable U.S. or non-U.S. export controls and trade sanctions; (2) to anyone on U.S. or non-U.S. government restricted parties lists; or (3) for any purpose prohibited by applicable export controls and trade sanctions, including nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or missile technology applications without the required government authorizations. You acknowledge that Meta is subject to U.S. economic restrictions and trade sanctions. As such, Meta reserves the right to deny distribution of any gift when required by applicable law. Meta reserves the right to provide an alternate gift of equal value if any factor outside its control makes it impossible to fulfill the gift as described or materially affects its ability to do so.

The distribution of a gift does not constitute an offer to buy any products or services from Meta or any third-party.

General: As a condition of taking any step to participate, you agree to these Rules. By claiming a gift, you give Meta permission to identify you as a gift recipient in marketing or other materials. Void where prohibited and if participation is not properly completed through legitimate channels. Meta is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, incorrect or misdirected invitation, activity, submission, or other participation-related materials or gifts or if any contact information does not work or is changed. Subject to the laws in the relevant jurisdictions, any questions relating to participation or the gift will be resolved in Meta’s sole discretion and its decisions about any related matter will be final and binding. Gift provider/issuer is not in any way involved with the administration or sponsorship of this Giveaway.

Privacy: By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transmission of your submitted personal data by Meta and its affiliated companies for the purposes of conducting this Giveaway. The personal data collected is subject to applicable data protection laws and Meta’s Privacy Policy.
