How to access the assistant
Now being rolled out globally on Facebook and Instagram for iOS and Android, and in our Help Centres on web.
On Facebook
Navigate to Help & Settings to find the Meta AI support assistant and start getting help.
On Instagram
Go to Settings and activity > More info and support to access the assistant.
