If you purchased your AI glasses glasses from Oakley.com, please contact them to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store's return policies.
Warranty returns
If you think that your AI glasses are defective and the return time frame has expired, you can open a warranty claim with Oakley for a repair or replacement. To open a claim, you'll need your product serial number and proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for one or two years from purchase, based on the country of purchase.
Ray-Ban Meta optics styles, Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) and Oakley Meta HSTN support nearly all prescriptions, from -12.00 to +6.00 SPH+CYL, including near/far-sightedness, astigmatism and progressives.
Meta StarFire Kylie Edition, Meta Fury, Meta Adventurer can support prescriptions -12.00 to +2.25 , including near/far-sightedness, astigmatism and progressives.
You can purchase prescription lenses (-12.00 to +6.00 SPH+CYL) on Meta.com.
The eligible prescription range for Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses is -4.00 to +4.00 total power. Prescriptions are available for single vision in polycarbonate lenses.
