Is a power adapter included with the Quest 3 Charging Dock?
No, a power adapter is not included. You can use the power adapter (18W) that comes packaged with Quest 3. We recommend using a 45W power adapter for faster charging. Standard USB PD-non compliant power adapters are not supported.
What do the LED lights indicate?
Solid yellow LED indicates charging. Solid green LED indicates fully charged. Flashing yellow LED indicates an unsupported adapter (<18W). Flashing green/yellow LED indicates an error.
Are rechargeable batteries for Touch Plus controllers included?
Yes, 2 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries are included for use with Touch Plus controllers only.
Can I buy additional or replacement batteries for my Touch Plus controllers?
Yes, we offer replacement batteries for Touch Plus controllers, for use with the Quest 3 Charging Dock.
Why won’t my Quest 3 fit in the Charging Dock?
If a Meta-branded facial interface is installed on your Quest 3, make sure it’s fully snapped in before you place it in the Charging Dock. Otherwise, the headset may not be connected.
Will my Quest 2, Quest 3S or Quest Pro fit in the Charging Dock?
No, the Charging Dock was specifically designed for Quest 3.
