ENJOY FREE AND EASY RETURNS

How it works
Select the product that you want to return to us to start the process.
Send it back to us within 14 days of starting your return.
Receive your refund within five to seven working days once we've received it.
Start a return

Our return policy

Our standard return policy is 30 days from when your order is dispatched. Once a product has been returned, your device will be inspected and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If you purchased your product from a retail shop, please contact the shop to request a refund. Returns are subject to the original retail store's return policies.

Game or app refund

For paid apps on Meta Quest and Rift, you may be eligible for a refund if you used the app for less than 2 hours and you've requested a refund less than 14 days after purchase.

For paid apps on Oculus Go, you may be eligible for a refund if you used the app for less than 30 minutes and you've requested a refund less than three days after purchase.

To request a return on the Meta Quest mobile app:

  1. Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Store, then select Quest, Rift or Go in the top left.
  3. Tap Menu at the bottom, then tap Settings.
  4. Tap Purchase history, then tap the app that you want to request a refund for.
  5. Tap Request refund.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to request your refund.

Once you've requested a refund, we'll review your request and email you with an update. You won't be able to use the app while we review your request. It takes five to seven working days to review, verify and process a refund request. To check on the status of your request, visit Purchase history in Settings.

If a refund request is granted, we'll credit your original payment method(s). If your refund has been approved and you haven't received the refund after nine working days, we recommending contacting your payment provider for further help.

Gift returns

For paid apps, you may be eligible to return a gifted app if you used the app for less than 2 hours and you've requested a refund less than 14 days after purchase.

When you refund a gifted app, the refund will go back to the person who purchased the gift.

To return a gifted Meta Quest app using the Meta Quest mobile app:

  1. From the Meta Quest mobile app, tap Menu then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Manage gifts, then select Redeemed.
  3. Select the app you want to return then tap Request refund.

Once you request to return a gifted app, we'll review your request and email the original purchaser with an update. You won't be able to use the app while we review your request. It takes five to seven working days to review, verify and process a refund request. To check on the status of your request, visit Manage gifts in Settings.

If a refund request is granted, we'll credit the original payment method. If your gift return has been approved and the purchaser hasn't received their refund after nine working days, we recommend that they contact their payment provider for further help.
