Remove posts, chats and media from Meta AI and Vibes

When you choose to remove publicly posted vibes:

  • People can't find them any more when browsing AI videos in Feeds on the Meta AI and Vibes apps and websites.
  • They won't appear on your public Meta AI or Vibes profile anymore.

You can still see any generated media from removed vibes in the Media section of the Meta AI app and choose to repost them later.

Remove a public vibe

To remove a public vibe from your profile and Vibes:

  1. In the Meta AI app, tap Menu.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to open your profile and view your vibes.
  3. Tap on the vibe you want to remove.
  4. Tap Menu and then Remove from feed.

Remove all of your public vibes

To remove all public vibes from your profile and feed:

  1. In the Meta AI app, tap Menu in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Under App settings, tap Data & privacy.
  4. Tap Manage your information.
  5. Tap Remove all public vibes > Remove all.

Delete all of your generated media and chats from Meta AI

To delete all of your chats with Meta AI and any media that you've created:

  1. In the Meta AI app, tap Menu in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Under App settings, tap Data & privacy
  4. Tap Manage your information.
  5. Tap Delete all chats and media > Delete all.

You'll no longer see chats, prompts or media:

  • In the History section
  • In the Media section of the Meta AI or Vibes apps.

Your public vibes won't be deleted. Other people's vibes that include you will still be visible. You can still delete these at any time in Media that includes me on the Meta AI app. Learn how to delete media that includes you.

Remove a public vibe

To remove a public vibe:

  1. In the Vibes app, tap Profile in the bottom rightto view your posted vibes.
  2. Tap on the vibe you want to remove.
  3. Tap Menu and then Remove from feed.

Remove all of your public vibes

To remove all public vibes:

  1. In the Vibes app, tap Profile in the bottom right.
  2. Tap Settings in the top right, then tap Data & privacy.

  4. Tap Remove all public vibes > Remove all.

Delete all of your generated media and chats from Meta AI and Vibes
