- 調整頭戴式裝置的鬆緊，做法為調整鏡頭並拉緊或鬆開兩側頭帶，直到頭戴式裝置戴起來舒適而又穩固地套在頭上為止。
- 若畫面看起來對比度太高，可以調低顯示屏的亮度。
- 購買全方位遮光鏡來消除外間透入的光線。
備註：部分用戶戴著 Meta Quest Pro 頭戴式裝置時，會看到顯示屏周邊發出黃光。這是 LCD 顯示屏的常見現象。上方列出的秘訣應該能減少或消除這種現象。
