您可以使用 Meta 帳戶和 Meta Horizon 個人檔案來掌控自己的使用體驗。
Meta 帳戶是您用以登入頭戴式裝置的憑證。如果您是現有 Meta Quest 用戶，可以透過電郵地址或 Facebook 帳戶來設定 Meta 帳戶。如果您是 Meta Quest 新用戶，則除了電郵地址或 Facebook 帳戶外，您亦可使用 Instagram 帳戶來設定 Meta 帳戶。您無需使用 Facebook 來登入。
首次建立 Meta 帳戶時，您還需要建立 Meta Horizon 個人檔案，以自訂自己在 Meta Horizon 中示人的形象。
您可在 Meta Quest 裝置中新增最多 3 個其他 Meta 帳戶，或從帳戶設定中編輯自己的帳戶。
若要使用 Meta Quest 頭戴式裝置管理帳戶設定，請按照下列步驟操作：
