Not at this time. Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses don't have built-in sensors to track physical activity or steps independently. Instead, they integrate with compatible Garmin smartwatches and cycling computers (sold separately) to provide real-time fitness data and insights via Meta AI.
Can AI glasses be fitted with prescription lenses?
Most models are prescription-ready. All Ray-Ban Meta glasses and Oakley Meta HSTN support prescription lenses. Oakley Meta Vanguard does not support prescription lenses.
How do I connect my AI glasses to Bluetooth?
Download the Meta AI app and log in with your Meta account, then enable Bluetooth on your phone. Turn on and fully charge your glasses if needed, then hold the capture button for 12 seconds until the LED blinks blue to enter pairing mode. Once your glasses appear in the app, follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.
What can I do with “Hey Meta”?
Simply say, "Hey Meta" to ask questions, make calls, send messages and take photos or videos. Plus, get in-ear navigation instructions or control audio with voice commands.
How do I pair and unpair AI glasses with the Meta AI mobile app?
Turn on your glasses by sliding the power switch forward, then place them in the case so the nose bridge touches the charging port. Wait for the LED to flash blue, open the Meta AI app and tap the Add Device option. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair. To unpair, go to device settings in the app, tap Unpair and Forget them in your phone's Bluetooth if needed. Check the compatible devices list to ensure your phone works with the AI glasses.
What is the battery life of AI glasses from Meta?
Battery life depends on the glasses model. Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) offers up to 4 hours, while Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) supports up to 8 hours of use. Oakley Meta HSTN lasts up to 8 hours of typical use or 5 hours of continuous audio. Oakley Meta Vanguard delivers up to 9 hours of typical use or 6 hours of continuous audio.
