Download the Meta AI app and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Turn on your glasses by sliding the power switch forward, then place them in the case so the nose bridge touches the charging port. To unpair, go to device settings in the app, tap Unpair and Forget them in your phone’s Bluetooth if needed. Check the compatible devices list to ensure your phone works with the AI glasses.

There are two ways to adjust volume on your AI glasses: using voice commands or the touchpad. From there, you can review, edit, delete or share content directly to social media or with contacts using voice commands.
How long does the battery last on AI glasses from Meta?
Battery life depends on the glasses model. Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) offers up to 4 hours, while Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) supports up to 8 hours of use. Oakley Meta HSTN lasts up to 8 hours of typical use or 5 hours of continuous audio. Oakley Meta Vanguard delivers up to 9 hours of typical use or 6 hours of continuous audio.
Are AI glasses from Meta water-resistant and sweat-resistant?
Oakley Meta Vanguard has an IP67 rating, meaning it’s water-resistant up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Oakley Meta HSTN has an IPX4 rating, which protects against splashes but is less suitable for extreme conditions. Ray-Ban Meta glasses (Gen 1 and Gen 2) are water resistant with an IPX4 rating, but they’re not designed for submersion or extended exposure to water or other liquids. In case of water exposure, dry the product thoroughly and clear the charging areas of residue and other debris. The charging case is not water resistant and should not be exposed to liquids, as this could lead to damage or injury.
