Voice command functionality on AI glasses from Meta works in two stages:
- Activation: Say, “Hey Meta,” or tap the frame to activate Meta AI in your glasses. On Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta glasses, tap and hold the touchpad to start a conversation with Meta AI. If you’re using Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, either double tap your thumb and index finger while wearing the Meta Neural Band, or tap and hold the touchpad on the glasses.
- Command: After activation, speak your command clearly. Tell the glasses what to do, like “Take a picture,” “Pause (the music)” or “Call Dad,” and Meta AI will perform the requested action.
