If the shipping address you entered for a device you purchased in the Meta Store is invalid, the following may be causing the issue:
- You've entered a P.O. Box address.
- We ship to regular addresses like homes, apartments, dorms, condos, offices and freight forwarders. We do not support P.O. Boxes.
- You've entered your address information incorrectly.
- Make sure your city, state, and zip codes all match and your address is spelled correctly.
- You've entered an address for a location with shipping restrictions.
- Some addresses that require handoff to local couriers or delivery by boat may not be eligible for delivery.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Be sure someone is available to sign for your delivery, if required.
- Meta AI glasses cannot be shipped to military addresses.
