Send or return gifts from the Meta Store

You can send devices and accessories from the Meta Store to someone else as a gift.

Gift orders allow you to include a digital gift message and hide any pricing from the packaging. Gift messages will be sent via email to the recipient once the order has been delivered or on a specific date.

Send a gift

If you enter an optional personalized message to the gift recipient, this will be sent to the email address provided once the item is delivered.

You can also send the gift message to yourself. This allows you to send the message to the recipient whenever you’d like.

Return a gift

All items purchased from the Meta Store, including items received as a gift, are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery. Keep in mind, as the gift sender you’ll need to start the return process. Additionally, any refunds for gifts will go back to you, not the gift recipient. Start a return.
