Manage your storage space on Meta Quest

You can manage the storage space of your Meta Quest headset by going to Storage in Settings.
To check how much storage space is available on your Meta Quest headset:
- Press
/
on your right Touch controller to open the universal menu.
- Select the clock on the left side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
- Select
Settings in the top right, then select
General.
- Select
Storage.
From here, you can see your headset's storage space, including a breakdown of what sources are taking up space. You can also delete apps and other files to free up space by selecting 
To check how much space is needed to download content from the Meta Horizon Store:
- Press
- Select
Store.
- Select an app to download.
- Scroll down and select View All below More Information.
- Scroll down to Install Size to find the space needed to download this content.
