What it means if your parent blocks developer mode

If your parent blocks your access to developer mode, it will prevent you from building and testing apps. This includes being able to load and use apps from a connected device or computer, which may include apps that aren’t in the Meta Horizon Store. To access these settings, make sure you have parental supervision set up.
Both you and your parent need to consent to set up parental supervision, and you can turn the feature off at any time.
