Reporting issues with the Oculus Software.
You can help us improve the Oculus software by reporting issues. When you report an issue, you can choose to attach your system information. If you attach your system information, it’ll help us get the information we need to troubleshoot your problem. This includes information about your PC, like the operating system and graphics card you use, and details about how the Oculus app was functioning before you reported the issue.
Keep in mind Oculus Support doesn’t respond to these reports, so they won’t be able to troubleshoot your issue. If you have a problem you need help with, contact Meta Store support.
