‘Dragon Front Rising’ Aegis Update Introduces Eighth Faction, Campaign Mode, & More

It’s been just over three months since Dragon Front Rising made its debut on Quest 2, 3, and Pro. And today, developer High Voltage Software is back with the Aegis Update.

The Aegis Update brings an eighth faction into the game, including a whole new suite of cards and champions that players can purchase and unlock for $11.99 USD. You can also earn Aegis with in-game currency, and all players can test out the new Aegis faction from the single-player tutorial.

Once Aegis is unlocked, players will have access to the game’s new Campaign mode. In it, they’ll square off against all of the other factions in challenging single-player battles, which reward the new All-Father Champion upon completion.

Last but not least, High Voltage is unveiling a new type of Champion card, Dual Champions, which players can craft with the new, earnable currency Dualinium. Unlike other Champion cards, Dual Champions can be used by multiple factions.
