Top Developers to Debut New Meta Quest VR Games at the Inaugural ‘VR Games Showcase’ on August 15

The first-ever VR Games Showcase debuts next week on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 9am PT, streaming live on the showcase’s brand-new YouTube channel. There will be new game reveals, updates on already announced titles, and new platform reveals for existing games. With more than 15 games featured from seven different studios, you won’t want to miss this if you’re a fan of Meta Quest games.

"We’ve been working on the VR Games Showcase for the better part of a year,” said Jamie Feltham, co-creator and host of the VR Games Showcase. “Our goal with this platform is to deliver a focused line-up of blockbuster titles. If you already own a headset, you’ll see plenty of new games to look forward to. If you don’t have a headset, we aim to show you that there’s never been a better time to jump into VR.”

Studios that are planning to showcase content include some of the biggest names in VR, such as Beyond Frames and Combat Waffle (Ghosts of Tabor), Fast Travel Games (Mannequin, Cities VR), Flat2VR Studios, XR Games (Hitman 3: VR Reloaded), nDreams (Frenzies, Phantom: Covert Ops), Vertigo Games (Arizona Sunshine 2, After the Fall), and Schell Games (Silent Slayer).

Many of the games included in the showcase will also be shown to press and content creators at the Home of XR Megabooth on the Gamescom 2024 show floor.
