Unleash the Power of Metal with Voidslayer in ‘Pistol Whip,’ First Episode Out Now on Quest

Cloudhead simply will not stop releasing massive game-changing free updates for Pistol Whip and it’s a beautiful thing. The first Scene in the new Voidslayer Collection launches later today and it brings pulse-pounding power metal and more to Pistol Whip’s neon-dripped universe.

Voidslayer is a three-part epic adventure in Pistol Whip that will take players from humble beginnings to ultimately a cataclysmic battle in the cosmos. The first act of the journey released today, aptly titled Hero’s Dawn, with a quest spanning a world of fire and darkness. The second and third Scenes of this collection will be released in the coming weeks.

Also debuting today are two new in-game modifiers. The first modifier, Colour Match, takes dual-wielding to a whole new level, forcing you to act quickly as you must ensure the weapon you use matches the color of the enemy you’re attacking. The second modifier, Deflector, lets you send bullets flying back at your enemies. Both modifiers should introduce brand new and exciting ways to not only play new Voidslayer tracks, but any previous track released in the game.

The Voidslayer Collection will include music from Bloodbound, Brothers of Metal, and Firewind, and Cloudhead promises its some of the most intense music they’ve included to date.
