‘Destiny 2’ Comes to ‘Rec Room’ in Exciting New Crossover

For nearly a decade, Destiny’s Guardians have called the Tower home. Millions of Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans have traversed its labyrinthine halls in between missions, bathed in the soft light of the Traveler.

Now Rec Room players can call the Tower home as well. Today, Rec Room kicks off a collaboration with Bungie called Destiny 2: Guardian Gauntlet. Visit the Tower, meticulously recreated as a Rec Room social hub. Packed full of details for longtime Destiny fans, it’s a treat whether you visit in VR or on desktop, console, or mobile.

But like Destiny 2 proper, the Tower in Rec Room is only a base for further adventures. The full Destiny 2: Guardian Gauntlet experience enables you to get your feet wet as a Guardian. Face down iconic Destiny enemies like the Scorn as you run challenging training courses and learn what it takes to save the universe.

Of course, you’ll also want to dress the part. Destiny 2: Guardian Gauntlet includes exclusive Rec Room cosmetics based on Destiny’s Hunter, Titan, and Warlock classes. The Hunter set and weapons skins are available today, with the Warlock and Titan sets due to drop in the weeks to come.
