Manage your saved payment information and which accounts have access to it in Accounts Center

Syncing payment information across accounts is not currently available in all regions. We are working on releasing this feature to more locations soon.

Your payment information that was previously saved on Facebook, Instagram, Meta Horizon or Meta.com is now available in Accounts Center. This includes any payment methods or shipping info that you may have saved.

Unless you opt to separate your payment information, your payment information will remain synced across your accounts in the same Accounts Center. Please note: If Shop Pay or PayPal is your only payment method saved for Meta Pay, these payment methods will not be synced across accounts.

With your payment information synced across accounts in the same Accounts Center, you can view and manage your payment, shipping, and contact information in one place across apps with Meta Pay.

  1. Open facebook.com on your computer.
  2. Click on your profile picture, select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
  3. Click See more in Accounts Center.
  4. Below Account Settings, click Meta Pay.
  5. Click Manage.
    • To sync your payment information across accounts when they aren’t all synced, click Manage synced payment info at the bottom.
    • To sync your payment information across accounts when no payment information is synced, click Sync payment info at the top.
  6. From the Meta Pay screen, click on the accounts with synced or separate payment information that you’d like to manage. Note: If your payment information is synced across all of your accounts, you do not need to click into one account.
  7. From here, you can update your saved payment methods, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

  1. Open facebook.com on your computer.
  2. Click on your Profile Picture, select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
  3. Click See more in Accounts Center.
  4. Below Account Settings, click Meta Pay.
  5. Click Manage.
  6. Click See more next to Synced across [#] accounts.
  7. Deselect any accounts that you want to separate your payment information from.

Please note that when you separate previously synced payment information, that payment information (including payment methods, delivery address, name, email, and payment activity) will still be accessible on the Facebook, Instagram, Meta Horizon or Meta.com accounts that were previously synced.

While separated, further updates to your payment information on Instagram or Facebook will not sync between each other.
