Use your camera in a world in Meta Horizon

The camera in worlds allows you to capture experiences on your mobile device and share them with others. The videos are recorded in 1080p at 30fps and you can record videos up to one minute at a time.

To record a video of your Worlds experience:

  1. From a world on the Meta Horizon app, tap Camera to begin recording.
  2. Tap the timestamp to stop recording.
  3. A pop-up thumbnail will appear prompting you to share your video with others. Click the thumbnail and follow the on-screen instructions to finish sharing your video.

  4. If you want to view and share your video later, you can find it in the Gallery of the Meta Horizon mobile app.

Note: We mute all player voices during recording.
