Adjust the IPD for your Oculus Rift S

Interpupillary distance (IPD) is the distance between the center of your eyes. You can adjust the IPD settings of your Rift S to see clearer.

To adjust your headset IPD:

  1. Open the Oculus app on your computer then select Device.
  2. Select Oculus Rift S and Touch then scroll down to IPD.
  3. Use the (+) and (-) buttons to set your IPD to the desired measurement.
  4. Select Ok.
