Is Supernatural available in my country?
Supernatural is currently only available in the United States and Canada. Check back here for updates on when Supernatural is launching in your country.
What is Supernatural?
Supernatural is part of Meta and serves as a VR fitness service on Meta Quest. Supernatural includes innovative new workouts and an inclusive community that will help you fall in love with fitness. Get ready to immerse yourself in stunning destinations from around the world where a professional coach will guide you through heart-pumping workouts mapped to your favourite music. From Flow Cardio and Boxing workouts to recovery and mindfulness sessions, get ready to have the time of your life working out, all from the comfort of your home.
What is a Supernatural workout?
Supernatural is a high-energy full-body workout that targets every major muscle group and gets your heart pumping. Each workout consists of a series of songs from the world's most popular artists, motivating instruction and guidance from our expert coaches, and one of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth and beyond! You'll have access to on-demand streaming from a library of fitness classes from top coaches who are fun, fast and intuitive and who will blow you away!
How is Supernatural calibrated to me?
Supernatural personalises your workout based on your measurements. During training, we calculate your height, arm span, squat depth and lunge width. If the targets (for arm strikes) seem too out of reach, or the triangles (for squats and lunges) feel too low during workouts, simply re-calibrate by going to Settings and selecting Re-calibrate.
Supernatural also measures your strike power to determine when you are striking targets with effort. Your "personal power range" is the effort required to get power hits. You can tell when you are hitting within your personal power range when targets explode with extra colours during your strikes, and send shockwaves towards the horizon. Hitting targets with power contributes to your power score for each workout.
What is Supernatural Membership?

Supernatural is a monthly subscription service through Meta on the Meta Quest. As a Supernatural Member, you'll be able to:

  • Explore our full workout library and discover workouts that will have you sweating!

  • Work out with music you love from top artists that will keep your energy up!

  • Travel to incredible landscapes, from the top of Machu Picchu to Iceland's glaciers and beyond.

  • Find different Supernatural coaches that suit your style and keep you motivated.

  • Select workout length, whether you want a quick sweat session or a longer workout.

What does a Supernatural membership cost?

Supernatural is a paid subscription service that includes a free trial with each membership.

  • A monthly membership at USD 9.99 + tax (first billing date occurs after a 7-day free trial)

How do I set up Supernatural?

Setting up supernatural in four easy steps:

  1. Download the Supernatural companion app on your smartphone and create an account.

  2. Install the Supernatural app on your Meta Quest.

  3. Pair your Meta Quest headset with your Supernatural companion app.

  4. Pair a smartwatch/heart rate monitor.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you are set to auto-renew, you can cancel in the Supernatural app on your Meta Quest device by logging in to Supernatural, navigating to Settings, selecting Membership and choosing Cancel. Legacy customers who subscribed directly with Supernatural are also able to manage their subscription on the Supernatural companion app on your smartphone. And if you subscribed directly through the Meta App Store, you can also manage your account on either the Meta Quest mobile app or Meta Quest website. Here's what to do:
