Add a personal account to your organization-managed Meta Quest

If you are using an organization-managed Meta Quest that’s in Individual Mode, then you can add a personal account (in addition to your account that’s managed by your organization) to your device, unless an admin has disabled this feature.
To add a personal account to the Meta Quest that’s managed by your organization or school:
- Press
Meta button /
Oculus button on your right controller to open your Navigator.
- Select Quick controls from the System bar.
- Select
Settings.
- Select Profiles from the menu on the left.
- Select Add profile in the top right.
- Choose whether you want to share apps.
- Take note of the code on screen, then take off your headset.
- Go to www.meta.com/device on mobile or desktop and log into your personal account.
- Enter the code that was shown in your headset.
- Put your headset back on and follow on-screen instructions to finish adding your personal account.
Note: If you are using an organization-managed Meta Quest, then you cannot contact support unless you are an admin for your organization. An admin for your organization can send a support request in Admin Center on your behalf.
