View files added by your admin in your organization-managed Meta Quest

To open files (examples: videos, images, documents) that your admin has added to your managed device:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open your Navigator.
  2. Select Library.
  3. Select Files.
  4. Select Managed files in the left menu.
    • Alternatively, you can select This headset and then select the Managed files folder.
  5. Select the file to open it.

Only your admin can remove files from your Managed files library.

Note: If you are using an organization-managed Meta Quest, then you cannot contact support. However, you can report a problem on your device, which creates a bug report for your admin to review.
