Meta Lab Return Policy

Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Once a product is returned, a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Note that products which are stated to be non-returnable at the time of your purchase may not be returned.

All returns require a proof of purchase, either in the form of a receipt or a valid order number.

Please ensure that all products being returned are repackaged with all parts and materials included in the original packaging when you purchased it. This includes all cords, adapters and manuals.

If you are returning a product with a gift receipt at a Meta Lab store, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the product.

Only products which have been purchased directly from Meta, either at https://store.meta.com/ or a Meta Lab store, can be returned to us. Meta products purchased through other retailers should be returned in accordance with such retailers return policy.

Note: Products purchased online from https://store.meta.com/ may not be returned in person at any Meta Lab stores. Learn more about online purchases and returns.

Extended Holiday Return Period: Products purchased November 20, 2025 through December 31, 2025 at a Meta Lab store are eligible to be returned through January 31, 2026. Returns must be completed by end of day January 31, 2026 (local time) to be eligible. Excludes gift card purchases. Standard return terms otherwise apply.

Warranty

We stand behind all of our products. If it’s been less than 30 days from your date of purchase, use the process above to return your defective or flawed product. If it’s been more than 30 days since your date of purchase, please contact support to return the product. View our Limited Warranty for additional details.

For third-party products which are defective or flawed, including any Ray-Ban Meta or Oakley Meta products, please contact the manufacturer of the product in accordance with the warranty provided with your purchase (if any) if it has been more than 30 days since your date of purchase.
