Manage the email address associated with your Meta account

There are several ways you can manage email addresses associated with your Meta account. You can:
- Add a new email address to connect to your Meta account
- Connect an existing email address to your Meta account
- Delete an email address associated to with your Meta account
Add a new email address
To add a new email address to connect to your Meta account:

Meta Horizon app
Meta Quest
- Log in to Accounts Centre using your Meta account information.
- Click
Personal details on the left, then click Contact info.
- Click Add new contact, then select Add email address.
- Enter your email address, then select the accounts you want to add this email address to and click Next.
- Enter the confirmation code we sent to your email, then click Next.
- Click Close.
Connect an existing email address
To connect an existing email address to your Meta account:
Desktop
Mobile browser
Meta Horizon app
Meta Quest
- Log in to Accounts Centre using your Meta account information.
- Click
- Click the email address that you want to connect to your Meta account.
- Click Add to another account.
- Select your Meta account, then click Next.
- Enter the confirmation code we sent to your email, then click Next.
- Click Close.
Delete an email address
If you want to delete an email address associated with your Meta account, you may need to replace it with a new one if it's your only contact method.
To delete an email address from your Meta account:

Meta Horizon app
Meta Quest
- Log in to Accounts Centre using your Meta account information.
- Click
- Click the email address that you want to delete.
- Click Delete email, then click Delete.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to delete this email address.
