How to report someone from a world in Meta Horizon

Updated:2 weeks ago

If you notice someone is violating the Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences (CCVE) in worlds, you can report them.

To report someone:

  1. From a world, press Menu on your left Touch controller.
  2. Select Recently nearby or People in this world.
  3. Hover over the person's profile card and select Options.
    • If you don't see the person's avatar, select Search to search for them.
  4. Select Report.
  5. Select a reason for reporting from the dropdown menu, then select Send Report.

Reports for violating the CCVE automatically include the last few minutes of your world audio and other interactions to help us investigate and determine what course of action to take. We use a combination of technology and trained safety specialists to review reports to determine if the person violated the CCVE.
