Enter a code at work.meta.com/device when setting up your organization-managed Meta Quest
When you are setting up a Meta Quest headset, if you see a screen telling you to visit work.meta.com/device and enter a device code, then it means you’re connecting your device to an organization such as where you work or go to school.
If this is what you are trying to do, then follow the instructions in your headset.
What to do if you do not want to connect your headset to an organization
If you are using your headset for personal use and you are not trying to connect it to an organization, then you do not need to go to work.meta.com/device. In the top left of the box that’s prompting you to go to work.meta.com/device in your headset, select the back arrow, then select Back. You will then need to pair your headset to the Meta Horizon mobile app.
If the above doesn’t work, you can try factory resetting your device. Factory resetting a Meta Quest device is irreversible and will remove all account information and content from the headset.
